Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g light cream cheese
  • 2 m.-sized eggs
  • 3 tbsp sweetener
  • 2 tbsp protein powder (chocolate) or to taste
  • 1 tbsp baking cocoa
  • 4 g baking powder
  • n. B. Vanilla flavor

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

SIS-suitable, low carb, low fat, high in protein

Mix all ingredients together to form a batter. Pour into a large mug and bake at 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for 20 minutes. A wonderful snack for athletes and for those on a low-carb diet when a sweet tooth strikes! Nutritional values: Fat: 11 g, Protein: 47 g, Carbohydrates: 7 g
