Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 750 g sugar
- 1 ½ liters of water
- 1.2 tbsp instant coffee powder
- 3 tea bags, black
- 1 bottle of rum
- Vanilla extract
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest period approx. 4 days; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 4 days 20 minutes
Similar to Tia Maria
Bring the water and sugar to a rolling boil. Caution: The sugar will be very, very hot, so please handle carefully. Add the coffee and tea and let everything cool. Add the rum and stir well until blended. Pour into three 700 ml bottles and let it steep for at least four days.
