Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 red bell pepper(s), cut into strips
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 jar mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 onion(s), diced
  • 1 small bottle(s) of ketchup (chili ketchup)
  • 1 small bottle(s) of ketchup, sweet and sour
  • some tomato ketchup
  • some salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp paprika powder
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 500 g pasta
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

sweet – spicy – sour

Cook the noodles in plenty of salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the minced meat until crumbly. Add the bell peppers and onions and fry briefly, then add the drained mushrooms. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and curry powder. Pour in all the chili ketchup and sweet and sour ketchup. Season to taste and add more tomato ketchup, if desired. If the sauce is too thick, thin with a little water. Season again. Drain the noodles and serve immediately with the sauce.
