Applesauce – Dessert

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 ml applesauce
  • 200 g cottage cheese
  • 250 ml whipped cream
  • 50 g powdered sugar
  • Liqueur (chocolate or cherry)
  • 10 ladyfingers, cut into small pieces

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Whip the cream until stiff, set aside a little for decoration, and gently mix the rest with the powdered sugar, cottage cheese, and applesauce. Ladle the cream into dessert glasses, alternating with the ladyfingers, and refrigerate for about 1 hour. Before serving, pour 2 tablespoons of liqueur over each layer of cream and garnish with a dollop of whipped cream.
