Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 m.-sized eggs
- 250 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 125 ml oil
- 150 ml lemonade (Fanta)
- 250 g flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 2 can/n peach(s) each 470 grams drained weight
- 600 ml whipped cream
- 3 packs of cream stiffener
- 5 packs of vanilla sugar
- 500 g sour cream
- Cinnamon and sugar for sprinkling
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
For the batter, beat eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar until frothy. Stir in oil and Fanta. Mix flour and baking powder and stir in. Spread the batter onto a greased baking sheet and place in the oven. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees (top/bottom heat) or 160 degrees (fan oven) for about 25 minutes. Allow the cake to cool on the baking sheet. For the topping, drain the peaches and cut into small pieces. Whip the cream with cream stiffener and 3 sachets of vanilla sugar until stiff. Mix the sour cream with the remaining 2 sachets of vanilla sugar. Stir peach pieces into the sour cream and fold in the cream. Spread the mixture evenly over the cake and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Two cans of mandarin oranges can be used instead of peaches.
