Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 6 slices of wholemeal toast
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 2 tbsp horseradish (from the tube)
  • 2 tbsp herb curd
  • some salad
  • 100 g salmon (smoked salmon)
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Salmon sandwich

Toast the bread. Cut the cucumber into thick slices. Mix the horseradish with 1 tablespoon of herb curd and spread it on 4 slices. Top with lettuce leaves, cucumber slices, and smoked salmon, and season with pepper. Stack two slices of sandwich on top of each other. Spread the remaining herb curd on the remaining slices of toast, cover the two sandwich towers with it, and cut diagonally.
