  • Cinnamon powder

Mix 200g flour, 2 tablespoons of sugar, vanilla sugar if desired, and a pinch of salt. Add 120g margarine, oat milk, and 50ml water to the mixture. Mix 150g flour, 6 tablespoons of sugar, a pinch of cinnamon, and the remaining margarine and knead. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for 2 hours. Peel the apples, cut them into relatively thin slices, and toss with a little lemon juice and cinnamon. Place the apples in the refrigerator. Preheat the oven. Grease a 24cm or 26cm springform pan and press the first chilled dough into the pan. I rolled out the base with a glass. Press a 5cm high edge into the pan. Arrange some of the sliced ​​apples in a circle on the base. Spread the applesauce on top, making sure there are no gaps. Place the remaining apples on top of the applesauce. Form the second dough into crumbles and crumble them onto the apples. Sprinkle with a little cinnamon sugar at the end. Bake for about 30 minutes at 200°C.
