- 30 g butter
- 1 egg(s)
- 65 g semolina
- 1 liter meat broth
Instructions

Heat the butter, then stir in the egg, stir in the semolina, and use a teaspoon to scoop out small dumplings. Place them in boiling broth. Cover and simmer until the dumplings are large and spongy. This quantity makes about 9 dumplings.
