Speculoos ice cream

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 ml sweet cream
  • 100 ml milk
  • 75 g sugar
  • ½ pinch(s) of salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 6 speculatius cookies

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

with the ice cream machine

Combine cream, milk, sugar, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl. Wrap the Spekulatius biscuits in aluminum foil, for example, and crush them finely with a rolling pin. Add the fine Spekulatius crumbs to the previously mixed mixture and pour everything into the ice cream maker. This yields approximately 2-4 scoops of ice cream. For decoration, crush another biscuit and sprinkle the crumbs over the ice cream scoops!
