Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g ice cream, vanilla
  • 100 g speculatius biscuits
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 150 g cream
  • Cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes

Thaw the vanilla ice cream for about 15 minutes. While stirring constantly, add the finely chopped chocolate, the finely chopped speculatius biscuits, the cream, and the cinnamon (amount to taste). Stir until smooth. Refreeze. A hot raspberry sauce is highly recommended as a sauce.
