Apple – cinnamon – walnut muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 190 g flour
  • 7 g baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 100 g walnuts, chopped
  • 1 apple, approx. 150 g, peeled and cut into small cubes
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 110 g sugar
  • 125 ml oil
  • 200 ml buttermilk
  • Chocolate glaze

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

For 12 muffins

Preheat the oven to 160°C (325°F). In a bowl, combine the flour with baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, walnuts, and apple. In another bowl, combine the egg, sugar, oil, and buttermilk. Stir in the flour mixture and mix with a whisk until well-combined. Divide the batter among 12 muffin tins and bake for about 20 minutes. Spread the chocolate glaze on the cooled muffins.
