Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 350 g Chinese cabbage
- 150 g pineapple, pieces, from the can, please collect the juice
- 50 g cream
- 50 ml pineapple juice
- 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar, white
- Salt
- Pepper, from the mill
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Clean and wash the Chinese cabbage and cut it into strips. Mix it with the pineapple pieces in a bowl. In a small bowl, prepare a marinade from cream, pineapple juice, vinegar, salt, pepper, and paprika. Pour it over the salad and toss everything together. Season to taste, if necessary.
