- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 250 g flour
- 3 tsp baking powder

- 1 packet of vanilla sugar

- 250 g natural yogurt

Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan-assisted). Place 14 paper baking cups in the muffin tin. Wash, peel, halve, core, and dice the apples. Drizzle with lemon juice. Combine the flour with the baking powder. Beat the egg. Add the sugar, vanilla sugar, oil, yogurt, and diced apple to the flour mixture along with the egg. Pour the batter into the cups and smooth the surface. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes. Then let the muffins rest for about 5 minutes, remove, and let cool.
