Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter
  • 125 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 200 g flour
  • 200 g sugar
  • 125 g butter
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice
  • 2 tbsp semolina
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 750 g quark

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 40 minutes

Make a shortcrust pastry from the base ingredients, shape it into a ball, and chill it in the refrigerator for about 1 hour or longer. Then line the base and a few centimeters of the side of a springform pan with it. For the topping, beat the sugar, butter, vanilla sugar, and 5 egg yolks. Then fold in the lemon juice, semolina, and quark. Beat the egg whites separately until stiff and fold in. Pour the topping onto the base of the springform pan. Bake for about 1 hour at 180°C.
