Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 800 g lemon(s), peeled, pitted
- 200 ml vodka
- 1,000 g gelling sugar, 1 to 1

Using leftover Limoncello
Chop the lemons with a hand blender, mix with the preserving sugar, and boil for 4 minutes. Then stir in the vodka and pour into screw-top jars.
