Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 150 g yogurt
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- some salt and pepper
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 carrot(s) (approx. 120 g)
- 1 chicory
- ½ head of lettuce (endive approx. 200 g)
- ½ bunch chives
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Mix the yogurt with the lemon juice. Season with salt, pepper, and sugar. Peel and grate the carrot. Halve the chicory and cut out the tough stalk into wedges. Halve the chicory leaves diagonally. Trim, wash, and spin dry the endive. Cut the leaves into 1 cm wide strips. Finely chop the chives. Mix the carrots, chicory, and endive, drizzle with the dressing, and sprinkle with the chives.
