Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 can white beans (or jar)
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

with sour cream

Drain the white beans in a sieve, finely dice the onions, season well with salt, and let them simmer for a moment. Add the beans, then the sour cream and season with pepper and paprika, adding more salt if desired. We usually serve this with baguette.
