Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 m.-large beetroot, raw
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- ½ tsp curry
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp balsamic vinegar, lighter

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Peel the raw beets and coarsely grate them (wear gloves as they stain). Mix everything from salt to balsamic vinegar and season the beets. Use more or less of each to suit your taste. I let the salad rest for a day; the curry came out better.
