Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 400 g yeast dough, from the refrigerated section or homemade
- 175 g double cream cheese
- 40 g ground almonds
- 75 g sugar
- 100 g marzipan
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes

Blend the cream cheese, almonds, sugar, and the marzipan, cut into small pieces, with a hand blender. Roll out the yeast dough and spread the mixture over it. Leave a strip free on one of the longer sides. Roll up from the other long side and cut into 16 slices. Place the slices close together in a springform pan. Let the cake rise slightly. Preheat the oven to 180°C fan/convection oven and bake for about 40 minutes after the cake has risen.
