Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 cups flour
- 1 ½ packets of baking powder
- 4 eggs
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 2 cups desiccated coconut
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups of cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Combine all ingredients for the batter in a mixing bowl and blend until smooth. Spread onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Mix the desiccated coconut and sugar and sprinkle evenly over the batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C for approximately 30-40 minutes. Immediately pour the whipped cream over the still-hot cake.
