Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 190 g sugar
  • 250 g margarine
  • 4 eggs
  • 250 g poppy seeds – baking
  • 270 g flour
  • 250 g sour cream
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Beat the eggs with sugar and margarine until frothy. Stir in the poppy seed mixture and sour cream. Finally, add the flour mixed with baking powder and baking soda and mix thoroughly. Pour the batter into a greased bundt pan and bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for about 50 minutes.
