  • 250 g potatoes, waxy
  • Salt

I usually use four medium-sized potatoes. This yields about 250g. First, I peel the potatoes, halve them, and boil them in plenty of salted water for 15-20 minutes. Then, I remove the potatoes from the water and cut them into strips/chunks. Then, I salt the potatoes and bake them in a preheated oven on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper for 10 minutes. I always add one soy schnitzel to my baking sheet, flip it after five minutes, and voila, I have fries with schnitzel. A delicious dish with less than 400 kcal!
