Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 200 g whipped cream
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 300 g flour
  • 150 g hazelnuts, grated
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 400 g blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • some powdered sugar for dusting

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Beat the sugar, vanilla sugar, and eggs until thick and foamy – at least 10-15 minutes! Then slowly add the whipped cream while continuing to beat. Mix the flour, nuts, and baking powder together and add along with the sour cream. Carefully fold in. Grease a baking sheet (or drip tray), pour the batter onto it, and smooth it down. Then scatter the blueberries evenly over the batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes. Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar and serve with whipped cream, if desired.
