Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

topped with tomatoes and cheese

Wash the chicken breast fillets and pat dry. Season well with salt, pepper, paprika, and chili salt. Sear them on all sides in a pan with clarified butter along with the chopped garlic. Slice 6 tomatoes and dice 2 tomatoes. Pour the Cremefine, cream, and a cup of water into a measuring jug and stir in one packet of cream sauce powder. Mix in the chopped tomatoes. Pour the sauce into a large baking dish. Arrange the seared chicken breast fillets on top of the sauce and sprinkle with the chopped basil. Place 4 tomato slices on each fillet, mix both cheeses, and sprinkle generously over the tomatoes. Bake for about 30 minutes at 160°C. I recommend rice and a mixed salad as a side dish.
