Quick sour cream cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cake base
  • 1 jar cherry(s)
  • 1 bag(s) pudding powder, vanilla
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder or cappu for decoration

When the visitor is almost at the door

This cake is ideal for a quick meal when guests are already on their way. We use a ready-made cake base. Bring a jar of cherries, juice, and a sachet of custard powder to a boil until it thickens slightly. Then pour the mixture onto the cake base and chill slightly until the sour cream mixture is ready. Whip the cream and mix it with the two cups of sour cream. Carefully pour onto the still lukewarm cake, forming a slight dome. Then decorate with sifted cocoa powder or cappuccino powder. Tastes delicious warm, and is also highly recommended ice cold in summer. Cheap, quick, and very refreshing in summer.
