Muffins – basic recipe

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 160 g flour
  • 160 g sugar
  • 160 g butter
  • 3 m.-sized eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • ½ pack of baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Sift together the flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, and baking powder. Add the softened butter and eggs and mix well until a firm dough forms. Fill each paper baking cup halfway. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 15-20 minutes. This batter makes about 12 muffins.
