- 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
- 1 large onion(s), red
- 1 lemon(s)

quick, easy, incredibly delicious
Wash the vegetables, cut the tomatoes into chunks, removing the stems. Deseed the peppers and remove the white membranes. Cut into strips. Peel the onion and slice it into half rings. Combine everything in a bowl and mix with the lemon juice. Season with salt, pepper, and the fresh, chopped herbs. It tastes fresh and summery. It’s a great side dish for a barbecue.
