Vegetarian mushroom pasta

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 200 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 handful of basil
  • 500 g tagliatelle pasta

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Ribbon pasta with mushroom sauce

Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente. Finely dice the onions and slice the mushrooms. Sauté the onions in the oil over medium heat and add the mushrooms. Add the crushed garlic. Stir everything thoroughly and pour in the broth. Let it cook briefly and add the cayenne pepper. Stir in the crème fraîche. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the basil leaves. Season with salt and pepper. Drain the cooked pasta and serve tossed with the mushroom sauce.
