Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 handfuls of lamb’s lettuce
- 4 tbsp pomegranate seeds
- ½ orange(s)
- 2 tbsp almond flakes
- 3 tbsp pomegranate vinegar
- 1 tbsp walnut oil
- e.g. salt and pepper
- n. B. sugar
- 1 tbsp herbs of your choice
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Clean and wash the lamb’s lettuce. Peel the orange and segment or finely chop it. Roast the almonds in a dry pan. Stir together the dressing and season to taste. Combine the lamb’s lettuce and dressing, then serve on plates or in bowls. Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds, orange, and almonds. Serve fresh.
