Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 80 g margarine
  • 80 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 3 apples
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup of natural yogurt
  • 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • Sugar and cinnamon, approx. 2 – 3 tbsp

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Dough: Knead the ingredients and press into a 26 cm springform pan lined with baking paper, pulling up one edge. Peel, quarter, core, and thinly slice the apples. Layer them on the cake base. Whisk together the sour cream, yogurt, sugar, and cinnamon until smooth. Stir in the vanilla pudding powder and finally beat in the eggs. Spread the mixture over the apples. Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for about 45 minutes.
