Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 2 bananas
- 250 g strawberries
- 300 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 100 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 120 g butter
- 140 ml buttermilk
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Preheat oven to 190°C. Peel the bananas and mash them with a fork. Wash the strawberries and cut them into small pieces. Mix the flour, baking powder, and baking soda in a bowl. In a second bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, butter, banana puree, and buttermilk until frothy. Stir in the flour mixture and strawberry pieces. Pour the batter into the muffin cups and bake for about 20-25 minutes.
