Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 250 g natural yogurt
  • 250 g raspberries, frozen
  • 50 g powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Quark-raspberry-yogurt ice cream

Let the raspberries thaw for about 3 minutes. Meanwhile, combine the quark, yogurt, and sugar in a blender. Add the raspberries and puree with a hand blender, then blend again until smooth. Serve immediately. Tastes almost like ice cream.
