Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 eggs
- 120 g sugar
- 80 ml vegetable oil
- 4 bananas
- 90 g flour (wholemeal flour)
- 100 g flour, smooth
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 75 g chocolate shavings
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Whisk the eggs, add the sugar and oil, and mix well. Mash the bananas with a fork, add them to the egg mixture, and stir in. Combine both flours, baking powder, baking soda, and chocolate flakes, and add them to the egg mixture. Bake at 170°C (convection oven) for about 45 minutes. Tip: This recipe also works well in muffin tins: Bake for about 20 minutes. Then dip the muffins in chocolate glaze and decorate with sugar flowers or hearts.
