Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g red currants, frozen
  • 200 g yogurt 10% fat
  • some Stevia 95%
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar or some powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

quickly prepared

Puree the frozen currants with the sugar in a food processor. Add the yogurt. Mix well until the mixture is creamy. You can eat it right away or freeze it. This recipe serves four people.
