Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 400 g red currants, frozen
- 200 g yogurt 10% fat
- some Stevia 95%
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar or some powdered sugar
Instructions

Puree the frozen currants with the sugar in a food processor. Add the yogurt. Mix well until the mixture is creamy. You can eat it right away or freeze it. This recipe serves four people.
