Chocolate-Eggnog Bundt Cake

Ingredients for 16 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 250 g egg liqueur
  • 250 g oil
  • 200 g sugar
  • 100 g chocolate shavings
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Beat eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar until frothy. Add the egg liqueur and oil. Mix the flour with the baking powder and sift in. Pour half of the batter into a greased Bundt cake pan. Stir 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder and 100g of chocolate shavings into the remaining batter. Pour the dark chocolate shavings onto the light chocolate shavings and fold in with a fork. Bake in the oven at 175°C (fan oven) for about 60 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar after baking.
