Puff pastry parcels with savory filling

Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 1 pack of puff pastry, frozen
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 100 g ham, cooked
  • 50 g cheese (grated Gouda)
  • 1 egg(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Thaw the puff pastry parcels and split them in half. Chop the ham into small pieces and mix with the cheese and sour cream. Spread the filling onto the square puff pastry sheets, seal with a little egg white, and press the edges down with a fork. Brush with egg yolk and bake in the oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes (depending on the oven) until golden brown. A quick snack that’s easy to make ahead!
