Fiery spaghetti with sesame oil

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250g spaghetti
  • salt water
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 5 chili pepper(s), red
  • 60 ml sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente and drain. Finely slice the garlic and chilies. Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and chilies and sauté briefly. Then add the spaghetti and mix everything well. Sprinkle the pasta with sesame seeds before serving.
