Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g butter
  • 200 g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 125 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 1 tbsp cocoa
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 500 g apples
  • 3 tbsp rum

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel the apples, coarsely grate them, and marinate them in rum. The longer the better (but at least 30 minutes)! Make a batter with the remaining ingredients. If the batter is too dry, add a little more rum. Fold in the apples. Pour into a springform pan and bake at approximately 180-200°C for about one hour.
