Strawberry-coconut-quark dish

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g strawberries
  • Sugar, add to taste
  • 1 lime(s), untreated, zest
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar
  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 400 g sour cream
  • 100 g sugar
  • 150 g desiccated coconut, approximately, to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Puree the strawberries with sugar, vanilla sugar, and grated lime zest. Whisk the quark, sour cream, and sugar until the sugar dissolves. Then layer the dessert in glasses or a glass bowl. First the quark, then the strawberry sauce, and then the desiccated coconut. If possible, add several layers. It looks and tastes delicious!
