Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 1 kg minced meat, mixed
  • 1 kg lean pork, shredded (gyros)
  • 2 can/n tomatoes, peeled
  • 1 can of corn
  • 3 zucchinis
  • 6 bell peppers, colored
  • 2 onions
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • Vegetable broth, instant
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Great for parties

Cut the peppers, onions, and zucchini into medium-sized cubes. Chop or puree the peeled tomatoes. Reserve the juice. Season the minced meat and fry it with the shredded meat. After frying, sauté the vegetables for 5-10 minutes. Add the tomatoes with the tomato juice and 1-2 liters of water. Season with salt, pepper, a pinch of sugar, and the broth. Simmer for 30 minutes. Stir in the tomato paste, add the corn, and the cream. Simmer for 5 minutes, seasoning again if desired.
