Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 75 g lean ham cubes
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 bunch of spring onions, cut into rings
  • 300 g dough, fresh, for baguette rolls, chilled (e.g. Knack & Back)
  • 150 g crème fraîche
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 14 minutes; Total time approx. 29 minutes

Brown the ham in hot oil. Add the spring onion rings and fry briefly, then let cool. Remove the dough from the tin, cut into four rectangles along the seams, and then halve each rectangle again. Roll out the dough pieces slightly, spread with crème fraîche, season gently with salt and pepper, and then arrange the ham cubes on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 12 to 14 minutes.
