Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 300 ml water
- 1 cube of yeast
- 250 g onion(s)
- 250 g bacon
- 250 g sauerkraut
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
makes 10-12 rolls
Knead the flour with yeast and water. Add a pinch of salt at the end, knead thoroughly, and let the dough rise in a warm place until it has doubled in size. Finely chop the onions, dice the bacon, and chop the sauerkraut into smaller pieces. Knead these ingredients thoroughly into the yeast dough. Form small rolls and bake for about 30 minutes at 200°C. If you like, you can also add grated cheese or fried onions.
