Basic recipe also for raisin rolls or Sunday rolls

Mix the quark with flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, oil, and milk to form a fairly tough dough. Then stir in the other finely chopped (pizza) ingredients. Place approximately 3 cm heaps of dough on a prepared baking sheet – this will yield about 30 rolls. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for about 20-30 minutes, until they are a nice golden brown. The pizza rolls are great for parties and children’s birthdays. I always make them a little smaller. Tips: You can also add corn, chopped pepperoni, or other chopped ingredients of your choice to the dough. The basic dough is also perfect for raisin rolls (soak 6 tablespoons of raisins in warm water beforehand for a moister crust) or for quick Sunday rolls without yeast. You can then sprinkle them with seeds of your choice (e.g., sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, poppy seeds, sesame seeds, etc.). It’s quick, easy, and delicious. Note: The raw dough is also very tasty. Make sure you have some left over for baking…
