  • 3 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 3 tbsp fresh herbs, finely chopped (parsley, lovage, chives, chervil, sorrel)
  • Salt
  • pepper

Mix together the yogurt and crème fraîche, then add salt, pepper, and finely chopped fresh herbs. You have a delicious yet light sauce that’s perfect for asparagus. For a lighter version, use low-fat yogurt and plain or sour cream instead of the crème fraîche.
