Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 150 g yogurt (0.3% / 1.5%)
  • 5 tbsp vinegar
  • some salt and pepper
  • n. B. Herbs, (8 herbs frozen)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine 500g low-fat quark with 150g yogurt and stir well. Add vinegar and season with salt and pepper. Now add the eight frozen herbs to taste and stir well again. Serve with boiled potatoes and fish. A delicious, simple, and light recipe. It’s also great for dipping.
