Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g minced meat
- 500 g pasta
- salt water
- 5 thick carrots
- 1 cup sour cream
- salt and pepper
- curry
- e.g. broth, instant

Peel the carrots and slice thinly. Fry the minced meat until crumbly and season with salt and pepper. Meanwhile, cook the pasta in salted water. Add the carrots to the pasta water and cook for 5-8 minutes, depending on the thickness of the carrot slices. Drain the pasta and carrots and place them in a bowl with the minced meat. Stir in the sour cream and season generously with curry and a little broth. Serve immediately.
