Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g spaghetti
- 500 g minced meat
- 2 stalk(s) leeks
- 500 ml vegetable stock
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Slice the leek into rings. Brown the ground beef and season with salt and pepper. Add the leek to the ground beef and pour over the vegetable stock. Simmer for about 10 minutes, until the leek is soft. Add the pasta, stir, and season again with salt and pepper.
