Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g raspberries (frozen)
  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 75 ml milk
  • 50 ml cream
  • 2 tsp honey
  • some sugar or honey to taste

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Feast without a guilty conscience

Thaw the raspberries slightly and then puree them. Remove a few whole berries first. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Stir the low-fat quark and milk with a spoon—not a mixer—until creamy. Add the honey and mix everything together. Now add the raspberries and fold in the cream until light and creamy. Sweeten with sugar or honey to taste, and you have a truly delicious, guilt-free dessert.
