Buttermilk ice cream

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 ml buttermilk
  • 1 pack of cream powder (ice cream magic)
  • 2 tbsp jam, of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 5 minutes

Pour the buttermilk into a 1.5-liter container, add the ice cream cone, and mix on the lowest speed for 1 minute. Then, mix on the highest speed for another 1 minute. Add 2 tablespoons of jam and mix on the highest speed for about 2 more minutes. Season to taste, adding a little more jam if desired. Pour the mixture into a mold and freeze for 5 to 8 hours.
